This presentation presented the basic general knowledge of the ETFO union. David spoke to the anti-oppressive lens that the ETFO takes in order to continue working on dismantling these systems (specifically the Anti-black racism initiatives but this is not limited).

This presentation explored what the union does for you as an educator and speaks to the protections we have in education either with social shifts or cultural ones within the education system.
